Return Policy

Our policy is that all items purchased through the Vibrant Performance online outlet store are “Final Sale”, unless otherwise noted on the sales invoice.  No returns or exchanges will be permitted.

The only exception to our Final Sale policy is in the event the product is damaged in transit by UPS.  A Refund or Exchange can be offered if it is determined that the product has been damaged by the shipping company.  All reports of damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Please be sure to provide your order information when contacting customer service (the order number and / or the full name and address of the person the order is billed to).

You can call customer service during our normal hours of operation (Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

Because quantities are limited for all items listed on the clearance store, if a product is damaged in transit and we have no inventory left of that item, we will have no choice but to offer a refund only.
